The booklet is a detailed report on the Ordinance to Amend the Nepal Citizenship Act 2063. It outlines the major gaps in the ordinance, such as aspects of not addressing Citizenship Issues of children born out of wedlock, issue of citizenship solely through mother’s identity etc. Alongside, the booklet also addresses the long run questions related to citizenship in the country and is accompanied by the recommendations to various stakeholders, based on the gaps and questions.
