Nepalese law recognizes the indispensable nature of the Victim Justice System for the Victims. However, societal biases against victims are prevalent. Against this backdrop, this book sheds light on rights relating to victims ensured under the law, including the roles and responsibilities towards victims on the part of state and non-state actors. It is meticulously designed in the form of questions and answers, which is believed to be a significant help to policy advocates, activists, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and victims of crime. This book is expected to add value in changing societal prejudice and biases against crime victims.
